It has been 1 month since the opening of Niigata boutique sake and Ginshari(Shining rice) restaurant “Shin”.

They serve Tsumaari farmed pork uses soup, daily fish dish, Obanzai and Japanese pickles lunch with Uonuma produced Ginshari. Ginshari is free refill.

A married couple opened this restaurant, the owner independent from where he used to work at Japanese restaurant in Nipponbashi Osaka. The store area is about 28 square mater. 9 counter seats, and 8 table seats are available.

The menu is “Uonuma produced Koshihikari(rice breed name) of Ginshari” ”Tsumaari farmed pork” ”Tochio Fried Tofu” “Funori soba noodles” and others. Mainly, they serve authentic dishes uses Niigata products where the owner come from.

On 12th of Jan. They have been start lunch time and serve “Pork soup lunch dish which uses Tsumaari farmed pork”.

The restaurant mainly bustling with regulars from Nipponbashi where he used to work. But now, the customer recently comes who has connection with Niigata.

Open from 11:30 am until lunch limited supply, Dinner from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Closed on Sundays.
